Founded by Salim DADA, a composer, conductor, and cultural expert at UNESCO, with more than 25 years of teaching and extensive experience in cultural and creative industries policies. He also holds a Doctorate in Medicine from the Faculty of Algiers, has training in Orchestra Conducting from the State Conservatory of Turin, and a Master’s degree in Musicology from Paris Sorbonne University, as well as American project management certifications (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Neuroscience and cognitive psychology provide essential insights into the mechanisms underlying communication. Studies show that speaking engages specific neural networks involved in memory, attention, and emotion (Laborit 1976, Fradin 2008, and Gazzaniga 2018).

Understanding these processes allows for the structuring of a more impactful speech and optimizes its effect. Moreover, stress management and improvisation, often associated with public speaking, can be enhanced through visualization techniques and mindfulness meditation (Kabat-Zinn 1994 and Davidson & Goleman 2017).

Oral communication in a professional environment is much more than just an exchange of information; it shapes interpersonal relationships, influences the perception of an individual or an organization, and directly impacts professional success. Far from being innate, this skill can be developed through an approach that combines neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and artistic practices.

Orchestrate the Cohesion of Your Teams

The symphonic orchestra, a symbol of harmony, efficiency, and complementary roles, has forged a unique discipline over the centuries. This discipline relies on profound sensory experience, demanding physical practice, and sharp intellectual disposition. Through active listening, rhythmic precision, and coordinated gestures, each musician, in perfect synergy with the conductor, contributes to a common objective. This age-old know-how, which combines rigor and flexibility, proves transferable to other fields, particularly in business.

Like a symphonic orchestra, where each musician plays a key role in global harmony, companies can draw inspiration from this dynamic to enhance the cohesion and performance of their teams. Active listening, coordination, and reactivity are essential qualities both on stage and in a collaborative work environment.

Ensemble music perfectly illustrates the principle of collective intelligence described by Woolley and Malone (2011): a group’s performance depends not only on individual competencies but also on the quality of interactions among its members. Master the Art of Storytelling

Stories have always been at the heart of human exchanges, serving to convey values, inspire communities, and create connections. In the professional world, storytelling prove to be powerful tools for capturing attention, rallying around a vision, and positively influencing an audience.

The power of storytelling lies in its ability to activate the emotional circuits of the brain, making information more memorable and engaging (Haven 2007 and Phillips 2018). Unlike raw data, which primarily appeals to Logos, a story engages Ethos, thus activating multiple brain areas and combining sensations, emotions, and logical reasoning (Logos). This explains why a well-constructed narrative has a far greater impact than a simple factual presentation.

Stories, far from being mere anecdotes, become emotional bridges, creating authentic connections and eliciting a resonance much deeper than abstract data. Authors like Daniel Pink (2005) have shown that narrative thinking is essential in the fields of communication, marketing, and management.

Our training « Master the art of storytelling » invites you to explore these skills and understand their strategic value in the professional sphere. Strengthen the Leader You Are

For six months, this personalized coaching program supports you in developing your leadership by relying on a personal innovative approach that combines philosophy, mysticism, neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and culture.

Drawing inspiration from the works like Ibn Arabi (1165-1240), Al-Iskandari (Al Hikam, 1260-1304), Napoleon Hill (The Law of succes, 1928), Antonio Damasio on the role of emotions in rationality (Descartes’ Error, 1994), Daniel Kahneman on decision-making (Thinking, Fast and Slow, 2011) and ZRM’s (Now I got It!, 2016), this coaching will help you understand how the brain processes information and influences our strategic choices. You will learn to better manage cognitive biases, refine your strategic vision, and effectively prioritize in a world where uncertainty and complexity are omnipresent.

Beyond cognitive mechanisms, this coaching emphasizes emotional intelligence, a key skill developed by Daniel Goleman (Emotional Intelligence, 1995), essential for team management and interpersonal communication. By integrating practices from music, theater, and storytelling—disciplines recognized for enhancing presence, active listening, and stress management—this program will enable you to develop a more inspiring and unifying stance. Capacity Building on Cultural Diversity of Expressions

This workshop is designed to strengthen capacities around the principles and the framework of the « 2005 UNESCO Convention », the methodology of the Quadrennial Periodic Reports (QPR), and their implications for Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs). It provides an opportunity for policymakers, cultural professionals, public institutions , and NGO to discuss key cultural policy issues, international cooperation, and the evolving socio-professional status of artists.

Through an in-depth exploration of cultural policies and national strategies, participants will analyze the cultural landscape and policy frameworks in the host country while identifying opportunities for fostering international cooperation and mobility. The workshop also examines the socio-professional conditions of artists, their rights, and the role of institutions in promoting freedom of expression. Additionally, it addresses the integration of cultural policies into national development strategies and highlights the importance of culture in sustainable development.

A significant part of the training is dedicated to the digital environment and the impact of artificial intelligence on cultural diversity, exploring issues such as linguistic diversity, copyright, ethical concerns, and the transformation of the art market. These discussions are supported by practical case studies and insights into global best practices.

As an international expert within the EU/UNESCO cultural expertise bank, Salim DADA brings his extensive knowledge of the 2005 Convention, coupled with his hands-on experience as a cultural and political actor. Having provided technical and methodological assistance to several countries, including Algeria, Mauritania, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Morocco, he offers a unique perspective that bridges policy expertise and real-world implementation.

The « Capacity Building on Cultural Diversity of Expressions – UNESCO 2005 Convention » aims to equip participants with the necessary tools to develop, monitor, and report on cultural policies, while addressing the challenges and opportunities shaping the global creative landscape today.
